Field inspectors

Hi guys, what are some good field inspection companies to work for the pig well? Thank you so much.

@hirutejigu Hmmm . . . great question. I recall that has been asked previously, so I performed a cursory Search using the Search Function [see image below] within the Notary Cafe GOLDMINE database & there are multiple pages of results when utilizing various keywords.

The following page lists 16 threads for the three keywords listed within your original post:

==>>> NOTE: There is also another thread that I’ve referenced to you that may provide additional helpful information for your business hirutejigu.

Sorry, I don’t know what working for ā€œthe pig wellā€ means.

Pay well? Nope. Most pay under $50, some less than $25. But after the 2008 mortgage crash I figured any income is preferable to none. I was pretty busy until my main company started to send out email blasts. From that moment on I found that I just couldn’t reply fast enough to get hired. This was before the invention of the cellphone camera so the images had to be downloaded, then uploaded to the clients email.

I have been fortunate enough to get connected with a few companies that gives me bulk orders. It has helped a tremendously to keep me afloat while signings are slow. I average $50/hr -$100/hr depending on the company im working with.

Thank you dear
Could you provide me with some companies that are National. I am in Arizona. Thanks

I have worked for three different site inspection companies. Two pay $25 per inspection which should take all of 10 minutes but often take much longer and if you have any problems with their software and the data isn’t saved properly will require a second visit or third visit for free. The software is problematic and the learning curve is long. They also have started the virtual appraisal which requires a long training program and a demo based on your house. Since I work with them on the regular site inspections and know how problematic the software is, I cannot enthusiastically start the ā€˜appraisal’ inspections especially as correcting errors will require repeat visits to the home owner, no doubt causing much vexation.
One company didn’t pay me for 8 site visitations until three years later when they approached me again for a one-off site inspection. I was stunned that he came through and paid me for the previous 8 although the standard fee and not the augmented fee we had agreed upon for two of the assignments. The third company pays between $50 and $60 for insurance visits. They do not have a phone app so you take the pictures and upload them to email. They are very good about paying within a few days.
A new company sent out an email blast. They have a complicated sign-up process and you have to have an EIN and a Fictitious Business Name registered in your state. The site visitations pay $30 if you have a flawless performance and visit on the first day, but goes down to $25 and less if you delay or make errors. The only benefit to this type of work is that you can fit them in between signings as an add on. I haven’t had time to figure out the expense of setting up a Fictitious name, but when I first started, I noticed there are fees involved. If you do not get a steady amount of business you may find yourself saddled with annual fees which are just another drain on a tight budget and possibly a loss. I haven’t had a chance to chase this down but I think it’s easier to beef up GNW instead.

At the end of the day it’s all about negotiations… I have been paid up to $250 for a commercial site inspection which took me an hour to complete. A lot of the companies I work with I negotiate my rate often starting at $25 for a drive by up to $150 depending on the distance I have to travel.

That’s more like it. Is this company offering the same $25 fee and they are open to negotiation?

Absolutely… i have one company that i work with that gives me bulk orders that dont negotiate… but the other 5 do. I have received order requests for $10 and have negotiated up to $175… crazy but true i swear…lol

What are the company that you work for that pay well and send you bulk orders?

I already provided you that information in a private message

What are the names of the field inspection companies that you are signed up with?

The two companies that i have been working with for Vehicle inspections are WeGoLook you can negotiate up to $125 for Vehicle Transport Jobs and up to $50 per damage and dealer inspections. They also do product recalls which i have been able to negotiate up to meet my needs. These are quick and easy and anyone can do it. (BTW they will negotiate prices if you pick up the phone and call)

Lemon Sqad : they start at $70 per inspections and go as high as $150 - average time to complete is an hour and you get to test drive some sweet cars

Sorry I can’t share my top 3 companies as they are my bread and butter right now

Thank you for that. I haven’t heard of those companies before. I received a job yesterday from my insurance inspection company but the other two haven’t had any work lately.

Could you advise ay companies you would trust and pay well? I am an NSA also, but want to do commercial inspections. I am in Florida.

Hi Sis,
