Why do customers not post reviews when you give them great service?
I post a link to the reviews page on my invoice, and I also email the customer after the signing asking if they’d post one. I tell them it helps me get more customers. Do you have any other methods you use?
I send them a nice friendly text message with the like attached. It’s a hit and Miss people are always happy to share bad experiences but without an incentive not so much with the good
