Has anyone had any experience with Great Lakes Settlement and Closing? I did a closing for Hussein in March and have not received payment. I’ve sent several emails made calls and left messages with no response. I don’t know what to do at this point to collect my fee

I received a call to do a signing for them on June 24th, 2020. The guy that called was Hussain on behalf of Chris Reynolds. Did the signing on June 25th, uploaded the Docs for them, send them an invoice (as requested) and have been waiting for payment since then. Today is October 24, 2020, so that’s 121 days waiting. Right now, they are almost 2 weeks late on paying me for assignments I did in September. Their accounting person sent me an email a week ago and said the checks were going out Friday.
The USPS Informed Delivery app says that is a lie.
I sent them another invoice today and told them that if I do not receive payment by this Friday that I will put them on a “DO NOT SERVICE” list. I have a big mouth and have no problem telling other notaries about my experience with them.

I’m looking for some advice as to how to go about collecting on a past due signing fee. I’ve already phoned the signing company and left a message and I plan on putting it in writing when I don’t receive a call back. Any suggestions for next steps?
I just want to rant a little about not being paid one time and fee reductions. I am soo upset at these low ball offer just for these signing services to have the audacity not to pay on time. I know it is not all of them but it is enough for me to notice that everybody does not keep to their net 30 policy. If my bills are late I get a late fee.
