Don’t try to explain it, just point to the signature line and say “sign”. Then move on.

Okay…confused here and a question
- did you spell it correctly? I’m not coming up with anything spelled that way in a google search - can only find “Halcion” info.
- Please respond to Arichter’s question - is this a medical form?

In everything I found, this has nothing to do with loan signings.

Joe’s response is the correct one. It’s specific to a FL Title company.
