If you are talking about Notaroo, I did a signing for them about 6 months ago and was paid my fee.

I too am waiting on payment of 92 days thru Snapdoc. I emailed the company and received a general response that no billing invoice is needed and will be paid thru Snapdoc. Still waiting.
