Help : about notary go

Hi,
NEW NEW Newbie…Can someone please explain how Notary GO pays their NSA. Its stating that I must sign up with Stripe, which I did but I’m really not understanding the site. It has all the bells and whistles. I only needed to get paid from Notary GO for any work that I do. I have Notary Gadget which seems a bit more easier than Stripe. Its weird. HELP

Use neither, but my understanding is Notary Gadget is an accounting program while Stripe is a payment method. NotaryGo also issues Deluxe eChecks. I do vaguely remember Stripe as being very confusing and apparently opted for some other method of payment. Whether that was for NotaryGo or some other co, I do not remember.

Arichter is right. Stripe is a direct pymt service into your bank account. NotaryGadget is an accounting tool for notaries to track signings, expenses, etc. You would provide NotaryGo your bank routing and account # and they direct deposit the $$ into your account. In my experience, Stripe payments arrive quicker than Deluxe eChecks, but $$ is $$ no matter how I receive it.

I am having trouble signing up with Notary GO. It won’t accept my documents and they people do not answer the phone.

Good Afternoon. Same here. I have been trying to upload the rest of my documents since April. I tried emailing them as well, and have not heard back yet. I keep getting an error occurred when uploading my w-9 and application. However, all of my other documents have been uploaded; its weird. So if you hear anything or I hear and/or receiving any additional guidance I will make sure I share the details.

Thanks but I have opted out Notary Go.

Clear Red Flag, no way and no thank you. lol

NotaryGO is flat out brutal. June, 2020, I did 2& signings. Then they dropped me cold. No appeal, no discussion, no arbitration. Why? I forgot to apply my seal to a signature/name affidavit. They wanted me to just stamp it against Florida Statute §117.107, #8 which states, “A Notary Public may not amend a notarial certificate after the notarization is complete.” A notarization is complete when the signatory and Notary part company. I went back 22 hours later to the signatory to re-do but NotaryGO claims I “refused to correct a mistake.” GOFigure NotaryGO.

That’s unfortunate and sorry to hear that.

I had a similar issue but it was with my background check. I was able to upload ALL required documents and ALL documents were approved expect for my background check, which was uploaded. I called and emailed numerous times and have not heard from anyone. I wanted to know the reason for the denial being as though I’m NNA background check approved and certified.
