Has anyone done work for Docs2Go? If so, how were you paid and where do the checks come from? I’ve been looking out for payment from documents picked up, delivered, and notarize Feb 24th and throughout March.
@houstons3d_notary Just wondering if by any chance were you able to locate the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this topic?
This information is a GOLDMINE!
Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been generously contributed by your sagacious fellow business owners over the years . . .
To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.
I’ve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the results show multiple threads (in addition to yours) about this particular topic. There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe. ![]()

SPECIAL NOTE: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . ![]()

Lol yes I know how to search and have already done the assignments for this company. Reading most of the posts, I don’t see where anyone mentions who the check would come from. SafeCure for example sends ACH payments from NotaryPay LLC not “safecure” lol so yes I know how to search. Is my question a problem?
@houstons3d_notary Absolutely not a problem. The heads-up was provided as there is prolific data within those threads that provide you with answers to your query. Ergo, the reference was proffered. ![]()

I’ve waited 6 months for payment. Nothing but excuses.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB about “Docs2Go”.
@downing1918 Thank You for continuing to return with your first-hand direct experience further updates.
Your efforts will prove beneficial/helpful to nearly all Notary Cafe members.

NOTE: Some Notary Cafe members have previously advised that the BBB is not supportive regarding collection of unpaid invoices.

Thank you! I’ve even looked up class action suits and how to file one. I’m not just thinking of myself but all of us.
I know for a fact that companies get paid way more than they pay us so there’s no excuse to not pay. Keith, the owner sent an email saying he’s aware of the payment issues and something about payments will resume, but then they never did. I called the number on the email and talked to him and he said I’d receive my payments but then he stopped answering. So now I want more. I didn’t remember doing anything for him at the end of last year but I found 1 or 2 done last year with no payment. They need to learn and just reprting them isn’t good enough.
I will take the steps to send them an invoice but I’m also going to talk to a lawyer.
cNsa5 says, “Ergo, the reference was proffered.”
Affiant further sayeth naught. ![]()
