Docs2go will not paid

Docs2go will not pay you. I have called and sent email many times but no payment. What we as notaries need to call every loan company and tell them that Docs2go do not pay their notaries. If we lose money then they should too!
Don’t make no sense I had to go to two different signers the owner and borrower on my dime back in December of 2024 and all the owner can do is send me a email saying pretty much he is having money problems, we’ll join the club.
Pay me my money!

I had that happen to me. Here are the steps I was told to take and it worked. You need to contact the title company who used the signing service that contracted with you. If they refuse to help, let them know you holding them responsible.
