I have done a few signings so far. I am signed up on a few sites, all credentials are up to date. One thing I notice is I can look up any given company, even on here, and get very different reviews. It seems each job can go either way. How do you know who is worth your time or not?
As a newbie I am not getting many offers to begin with. Lots of places want experience which I can’t give when no one gives you a chance. Reaching out to local title and lending companies is a dead end for me. I have searched this forum many times and usually circle back to the same places and advice. Any helpful input is appreciated.
Hmmm . . . regarding ‘differing views’ for company reviews → this is to be expected. Why?
Sometimes the employees or friends of the owners of those companies create a profile & submit posts on threads/create new glowing threads, etc. to help them generate business. Yes, it’s TRUE.

First, you’ll benefit IMMENSELY when you perform a Search by sorting the threads by “Latest Post.”
On the Search Results page, look to the Top Left and you’ll see a Drop-Down Menu (see screen shot below):
Once you’ve successfully sorted by the “Latest Post,” at that point begin traversing down the “Rabbit Holes” on each thread to vet your potential new client alongside the data you can glean via an internet search of their company; including a search of their website for clues about their professionalism (or, lack thereof).
