Sometimes the employees or friends of the owners of those companies create a profile & submit posts on threads/create new glowing threads, etc. to help them generate business. Yes, it’s TRUE.

First, you’ll benefit IMMENSELY when you perform a Search by sorting the threads by “Latest Post.”
On the Search Results page, look to the Top Left and you’ll see a Drop-Down Menu (see screen shot below):
Once you’ve successfully sorted by the “Latest Post,” at that point begin traversing down the “Rabbit Holes” on each thread to vet your potential new client alongside the data you can glean via an internet search of their company; including a search of their website for clues about their professionalism (or, lack thereof).

The immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database is a proverbial GOLDMINE!
