In my area, Bancserv pays $75 for everything.
Here, sellers for $95, buyers for $110 and refi for $120. I think in the last 6 months I have seen one sellers come across for $75, I countered at $95 and got it.
Where is “Here”? Maybe I’ll move there

East Tennessee, but we’re full. 
That’s okay, I really don’t want to move there. I’ve gotten along without Bancserv until now. I can keep doing it.

Fyi. Jot has always been more then fair to me for jobs in my area. I countered several times and was given my fee..
