any one else having problems with US Certified Signers?

I used to get calls from them all the time. They were ( are) one of my favorite signing companies. A few months ago they changed their system They don’t call anymore they send a mass text and you need to respond. They also changed the payment. It used to be $100, but they lowered it to $75. I was told it was because they were going to have more signings, so you would still be making money. It doesn’t make sense to me. And now I rarely get a text from them. I’m not sure if its because it has slowed in my area? But I miss working with them. I would like if they went back to their old system.
i have not had issues with them. i still get around 100 for them sometimes more if I have to take a toll.
I cant get them to stop texting me.
They have lots of work. They offer decent pay non Seattle.
US Certified Signers require their Completion Report to be signed, filled out, uploaded to Signing Order at the end of the signing. Then they also want you to send it to their email admin@uscertifiedsigners.com
They are not including the Completion Report with their orders. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THE COMPLETION REPORT.
So, ask for the blank completion report to fill out. They don’t provide it; but require you to return it to them two differnet ways.
