There is no recent posts on this company but older posts show them slow paying. Anyone have recent experience with them? Thank you.
Updating as I believe in being fair! US Certified signers did pay me 30 days after closing.

No “recent” experience but a couple years ago they stiffed me on the last job that I did for them. Never paid and didn’t respond to my emails and messages. Needless to say, I don’t respond to their offers anymore.
JMO, but absent “recent” posts, those older posts about US Certified Signers should tell you all you need to know. Also, go to Notary Rotary and take a peek - I started here in FL in 2006 and they were a problem then. One notary sued them, won, got a judgment but last I heard never got a penny.

U.S. Certified Signers out of the Sacramento, CA area – not to be confused with Certified Signer Nationwide out of Tempe, AZ. The Arizona company pays within 3 weeks of signing by e-check.
I have recently received a payment. I think you have to send them an Invoice. I think they will forget about you – without you making constant contact with them.
@docusignexpert1 That’s an accurate statement. ![]()

I had been paid by that company in the past without sending an invoice. Their orders go through Signing Order, a platform whose participating companies typically don’t require an invoice. Even if they did require one, it was never stated on any documentation or on the website, so I would have had no way of knowing. Subsequent emails to them did not even get a response. If they required an invoice, they could simply have responded and told me that. I would have been happy to send them one.
Do you mean Certified Signer Nationwide? That’s the company out of Arizona. Yes, they are a good company that pays in an acceptable timeframe. I do many signings for them and have never had a problem. U.S. Certified Signers is the deadbeat.
I upload an invoice on all signingorder.com orders.
