So sad, that I am hearing more recent non-payments from these jerks. I was able to help my last notary person that I received. I felt so bad for her but the sad part is that Kelley’s Notary won’t pay you unless you have some recourse. Like you really need to attack their business.
Listen you all need to send a blast email to your Attorney General, BBB, Secretary of State, Social Media, Yelp, etc…let the world and title companies know that these people are not paying.
I just received another email tonight from another notary not being paid since Sept. You all need to band together and fight. I hate to walk away now because I have so much on my plate but I hate to hear that all you hard working notaries are being taken advantage and you need to fight. If you keep walking away there going to continue this madness.
Send a blast out everywhere and FIGHT FOR YOUR MONEY. You deserve it. Go after the title companies they work with. Go after the realtor they work with. Hit them where it hurts. Tell the escrow person, spread the word.
I haven’t been paid since June 2022. I emailed the tax loan company they used, and they pretty much told me that they paid them and to contact Kelleys Mobile Notary. I want to shut these people down. I know I am not the only one and I want to hit them in the pocketbook but I’m just one. They truly need to be shut down.
Hey you and so many others. We need to contact the title companies and those that Kelley is doing business with and let them know that they are not paying their notaries.

Everyone should get together and send a letter to the Consumer Affairs, Secretary of State, BBB and so forth. I don’t know who’s all in or if they are willing to fight.

Also share in your FACEBOOK about this company…all the notaries need to place a bad review in their Facebook…
I did cc you to the email a while back. I recently looked them up on yelp. The company that requested the signing gave them a glowing review. Im like really. I have even called them and gave them a heads up. They honestly dont care. Its frustrating.
Sorry this has happened. I do hope you keep fighting because it seems most notaries give up and this is why most signing agencies take advantage its so easy to do so when people dont fight back. They shouldn’t be getting away with this.
Everyone that did not get paid ftom Kelleys Mobile Notary should all get together and report them but I know thats not going to happen. Keep sending emsils and cc the title company and the realtor. Just keep doing it everyday. It will drive them nuts. Don’t give up!
