Kelley's notary services in texas is not stopping!

Hello to all notaries out there.

I am continuing on receiving emails from notaries regarding non-payment from this pathetic signing agency. I honetly feel that all those that were not paid to all get together and file a lawsuit and shut this company down.
This is outrageous!..if you can can please post on your social media accounts warning to all notaries NOT to work for this firm. If you work with title companies WARN them about this company. They need to be stopped. I swear I think I have about 20 emails of non payment from notaries.

Sorry I cannot help anymore this is now a legal matter that you must fight (those who did not get paid) The reason I got paid was because I read the reviews before I went to the signing and I told them they need to pay me in advance otherwise I was not going and that is how I was paid. I stopped working for signing agencies. Can’t trust them anymore and I am tired of fighting for what belongs to me.

If you have that grit to get what is yours then stop these people legally, on the media and/or small claims court. Someone needs to contact 7 on your side in Texas.

I wish you all the very best in your notary business and don’t let anyone take advantage of you. Stop thinking that the next person will stop this company because that’s when nothing gets done.
STRENGTH IN NUMBERS you guys…

Be safe,
Gloria

@gloriasimpson727 Thank You :crown: for sharing your direct experience & for creating this new thread advising Notary Cafe members about this Non-paying business entity.

======

There is MUCH to read about them in the database here on the forum:

https://forum.notarycafe.com/search?q=Kelley%27s%20notary%20services%20

======

Accessing the database to locate info about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .

It’s always wise to research & vet a new client prior to providing a definitive confirmation to them for your initial Signing Order for them. A great start of research would begin within the Notary Cafe forums Search Function.

Most members find it difficult/nearly impossible to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of info available within the database.

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.
