In my direct experience, I’ve never heard of that business entity.
In addition, there are only a FEW Directories that are worth paying a nominal fee to receive Signing Orders [SOs] from . . .
Unfortunately, the others have demonstrated that no SOs are ever gained from those sites.
So, definitively a HARD PASS on this one.

I have worked with that company but under different names. Premium Closing Solutions comes up when I do a search of my files. It’s one of those company names that seems like it operates other ways too. Premium Closing Solutions I’m on their website so it’s possible LSS uses that platform, too. Because that company name yes but through PCS. I have no issues with either. PCS pays at the end of the month following the assignment. I work for them anyway.
