Loan Signings Solutions

I received a letter from Loan Signing Solutions. It seems they are associated with Notary Cafe’ which I am already part of this network. I don’t like paying a fee to sign up for your service. The SS is already getting a cut This doesn’t sound right to me. I sent out out feelers to a few FB Signing Agent sites to see if they are legit. I will let you know

Check their website. Charge $150, you get $112, always scanbacks. Meh…not impressed. And in addition to their ‘setup fee…you need to ‘renew’ that annually. I’d pass.

agree with @Arichter , you don’t need to pay for signing opportunities.s

plus after you pay them do they guarantee you a certain amount of signings ? They could just take your money and call it a day….

Someone help me out, here. Explain why you would pay someone to have you join their system, compete with all the other notaries that paid to sign up with them, take the fees they offer and then, presumably renew your “membership” periodically. That makes them a lead generator and makes the “member”, well, let’s just say, lighter by the amount paid to join.

There are so many legitimate signing services out there that pay fairly, reasonably quickly and are reliable once the notary has proven themselves equally reliable. I understand some regions are more problematic than others but that’s nothing new in business. I just don’t get it. I’d like to hear a success story, though.

Whatdoyawantfromme, Earl - to give all my cherished sources of revenue away? Make it easy for ya? Nope, you’ll have to settle for my opinions. Why would I give my competitors (of which there are thousands in my neck o’ the woods) any advantage over me by revealing my sources and secrets? I share what I can.
