I received a letter from them to sign up as a notary signing agent to get more signings. Has anyone had experience with this company?
Hi Michelle, I received the same and am curious as well.
@michelledblakes @jennifer2 @djmullahy
In my direct experience, I’ve never heard of that business entity.
In addition, there are only a FEW Directories that are worth paying a nominal fee to receive Signing Orders [SOs] from . . .
Unfortunately, the others have demonstrated that no SOs are ever gained from those sites.
so, definitively a HARD PASS on this one.

When I took work from them it was through the Premium Closing Solutions website. Who sometimes also offers work via signingorder.com. Some of these companies can be weird to keep track of.
I too received this letter, and have the same questions. No phone number or address is available, yet they have fancy pictures of their ‘staff’… anybody make the jump have feedback? No clue how much they were to pay per signing completed…
So you send them your fee schedule and find out if they’re still interested.
LSS is Loan Signing System. The owner is Mark Wills. He offers LSA Certification as well as his own signing service. He has very good training. I am certified with both LSS and NNA. Mark teaches courses at the NNA Conference, I believe. It is definitely legit.
= = = IMPLEMENT CAUTION! = = = NOT THE SAME BUSINESS ENTITY REFERENCED IN THREAD TITLE
@vanzy Would you please DELETE your post?
The business you’ve referenced is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT business entity than the one that is identified within the title of this thread.
There is NO connection between the one you’ve referenced & Loan Signing Solutions (the topic of this thread).

This is a commonly submitted query on the Notary Cafe forum.
The ‘short’ answer is A V O I D them as there is no productive Return on Investment [ROI] for your funds.
See the following post for direct experience regarding implementation/purchasing the offer:

I was also just wondering if by any chance were you able to locate the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this topic?
This information is a GOLDMINE!
Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been generously contributed by your sagacious fellow business owners over the years . . .
To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.
I’ve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the results show several separate threads (in addition to yours) about this particular business entity. There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe. ![]()

SPECIAL NOTE: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . ![]()

I don’t think they’re legit, my spidy-senses are telling me (from other notaries also being worried) that this may be a scam. I just blocked and deleted. but if anyone has signed up, please tell us of your experience with Loan signing solutions (just the same is too close to loan signing system and it doesn’t seem to be by accident, perhaps to throw off newbies like myself)
@wlainez15 As per my post above:

I’ve included specific direct Notary Cafe url links (in previous post above) for the direct experience of other members.

I’ve just started receiving emails from this “company” this weekend and have come to the forums to check for information/feedback on them. I am glad I did, thank you.
@michelledblakes I received a marketing letter from Loan Signing Solutions as well. After reviewing their website, it’s clear that they primarily offer database access. My question is: why would anyone pay $50 for a database when numerous free Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent databases are available? If you desire to pay a fee to an organization that provide the services of databases, consider one of the various “Associations” or NotaryCafe type businesses. Today, a Field Inspection provider called me, asking me to join their organization. The individual conveyed that my name was obtained from American Association of Notaries. The company is placing onto their database, it’s not costing any money. As for Loan Signing Solutions, I have to concur with one of our colleagues - cNsa5 " definitively a HARD PASS on this one."
I really appreciate you stating that. I was definitely viewing them as the same company since all of a sudden my inbox has been bombarded with emails from Loan Signing Solutions. I was just reading it as LSS and not really paying attention. I am so glad I came here to get feed back about them as well.
They kept emailing me to join them and I kept deleting the emails. I may have even asked them to stop emailing me. A couple of days ago, they sent me a letter in the mail. I’m not paying to join signing services. The ones I paid a fee to in the past never came through with any signing opportunities.
