Hey everyone! I got an invite from Loan Signing Solution claiming someone recommended my services, but once I saw they were charging the fees upfront, I started to feel unsure. Has anyone dealt with them before?
They send a marketing letter to just about everyone. But Iāve never registered.
@mturnernotary1 Just another DIRECTORY LISTING wanting you to send them your hard-earned money . . .

In the last 30 days I have had 57 emails from Loan Signing Solution. I have been saving them to report to our State Attorney General, as my state has an anti-spam law and this company is violating it.
They claim to have several recommendations for my services from title companies, loan officers and past clients. When asked which clients referred me to them, so that I can thank them for the recommendation, this company refuses to list them.
My āoffersā have ranged from a sign up fee of $25.00 for the 1st month, increasing to $75 monthly thereafter, to a flat $50 a month.
Many notaries I know have confused them with LSS (Loan Signing System) which offers a training program for loan signing agents. Not one notary that I know has EVER obtained an assignment from them.
Use your best judgement.
Welcome to the forums!
I received the same email and Iām not doing it. Spam Mail
