This information is a GOLDMINE!
Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database.
To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe. 
In my direct experience, the best is Notary Assist Software.

I use Excel. Always have. There are various things out there available. It’s really a case of what works best for you.

I used to use a spreadsheet but that was too burdensome. I researched the available software and now use notary assist. It’s amazing. Tracks everything I need. One downfall is limitation in searching capabilities but you can change how you set up your information in the system to make it work. It creates all tax information you need and tracks where you need to be for your tax submission. I highly recommend. It also exports the appts into your preferred calendar so you aren’t duplicating appts.
