N3 Notary/Portland

What a terrible company to deal with. They want you to drive all over the state for I-9 for 20.00. They say it will only take 10 minutes (right) but you may have to go 75 miles each way for 20! A professional notary for this amount is a slap in our face plus they have the rudest employees as well and if there’s a question good luck getting them to answer or return a call. My suggestion is tell them to find someone else. They will also tell you to wait while they increase their offer but it never does! Run the other way!

I have worked for N3 Notary many, many times and have never had an issue with them. You can always negotiate a fee over the $20 base fee that they offer for each job. I always take into account the distance that I have to travel before I agree to accept an assignment. If it is more than an hour of travel time, my fee goes up accordingly. The actual completion of the process goes smoothly because I usually take morning appointments, and I make sure that the person that I am meeting with brings all the appropriate paperwork by sending them a text reminder a day prior.

To me they are the absolute worst people to deal with. Want you to drive 60 miles each way for 20.00 Never negotiate. Tell you they want you to do it then make you wait all day with no call back. They lie. The one lady that is out of Portland is such a rude B. What notary in their right mind would even walk across the street for 20 dollars? I told the crooks to take me off their list
