N3Notary.net

Has anyone received an email or heard of n3notary.net? I received an email asking me to click on a link to register for free. This is their address supposedly;

Notary Services Dept.
N3 Notary
811 SW 6th Ave, Suite 1000
Portland, OR 97204

And, yes, I will be doing more research… just want to know if anyone is already signed up with them and what their experience with them has been…

@cheryl_1_angel The answer is immediately available in the GOLDMINE found within the Notary Cafe database.

There are MULTIPLE threads on the topic of this business entity that are WARNING other Notary Cafe members to AVOID working for them due to non-payment.

Plus, there is a plethora of direct contact data found within this thread on that particular business entity.

I knew you were going to respond with this, I always do a search before I ask. Nothing showed up when I searched, which is why I asked…

@cheryl_1_angel Most members will include a note in their post that they’ve already performed a Search of the database.

I do hope you’ve reviewed the extensive threads provided within my response. It will benefit your decision process regarding this particular business entity.

In addition, the Search was performed with the simplest keyword “N3,” so results should have appeared for your Search as well.

This is a professional forum. Ergo, it’s not like X/Twitter.

If you don’t like a particular post, you can simply ignore it. There is no requirement to respond.

I may have registered but they don’t have a lot of work in my region.

Seems like most of the information on this company is from 2021, so it would be nice to get an update if folks have something to share.

N3Notary has an overdue invoice with me, and they want me to sign up for something called BILL, which is some kind of payment platform. Unfortunately, twice they have offered me $40 to do an I-9, but then they switch it and say if the client can come closer to you, can you do it for $20. I find that to be an insult. Since the travel fee is at least that, and taking the time to meet up in a public location, verifying their identity, filling in the form, etc. Should be worth more than that. So, since the last two offers went like that with the scheduler trying to cut the offer in half, I have decided not to do any more business with them.

@marci.sunsetnotary Hmmm . . . on another notary forum that business entity is rated with only 1.5 stars (very low). Here is a direct url link to the post within the Notary Cafe database that identifies that status a few weeks ago.

Also, here is a post I created (FEB 2025) containing a plethora of data on that particular business entity.

An another post I created a few weeks ago on Notary Cafe on that same business entity.

NOTE: I’ve never accepted a Signing Order [SO] from that business entity due to their longstanding & recurring Non-Payment status & very LOW ratings.

Bill is easy and reliable. I have worked for that service with no issues. I have a Bill account because multiple services use it.
