Hello Notaries,
I have noticed that N3 Notary has been reaching out to a lot of Notaries here in California to assist in I-9 forms. Please let me share for those who may not be aware or are new notaries. In California we are not ALLOWED to verify I9 unless you are a Certified Immigration Consultant. I do not want anyone getting fined so please be aware. I have a feeling they are having a hard time finding someone so if you are Certified as an Immigration Consultant please reach out to N3 Notary and sign up.
