I completed an assignment for this company in October 2025. Communication was good initially, but I experienced issues with payment. After submitting my payment information, I received a notification that there was an error processing the payment. I contacted the company multiple times and eventually received a new payment link.

I also requested payment by check, but was repeatedly told that payment had been initiated. When I asked for proof of payment, I was only provided with a screenshot rather than documentation confirming the transaction.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was a disappointing experience.

Disappointing? It’s now June. They’re ripping you off. Not familiar with that service but six months is excessive to say the least.

I found a website for National Notary Co. It lists a phone number but no street address nor does it list an email address. What information do you have – address, names, etc.? Additional info may be crucial in helping others avoid your same disappointment.

I believe the company is in FL . The email I have is orders@nationalnotaryco.com.
