The phone number 855-204-1204 that provides this email cssupport@notarygo.com does not have a live person answering just an automated machine that goes straight to voicemail.
1181 California Ave #175, Suite 401, San Corona, CA 92881 thatās the address I was able to locate. Anyone have any input as to where I can send my invoice it would be appreciated. I canāt believe I am going through another rabbit hole.

SPECIAL NOTE:Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time āchasingā payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .
I have collected just under 200 signing services in my portfolio. I do two things with that collection. First, I routinely weed out the ones that are slow/no payors (over 90 days) and I never accept any orders from them again, no matter how tasty. Second, if I havenāt received an order from any one of them in 6 months, I move them to a āreserveā file and forget about them. Theyāre either gone, very low volume, have no signings in my region or may be bad guys. I keep this precious file as clean as I can so I minimize the chances of getting stiffed. My system has worked for me as I have written off as uncollectible less that $200 in five years of being a notary with over 2200 signings (mostly loan stuff) under my belt.
My advice is to set up a system, any system, that helps you track signing service performance so you maximize your revenues and cut your losses. Chasing after unpaids is a HUGE time consumer.
The terms you accept at notarygo.com state they pay you on the 28th of the month FOLLOWING your assignment. So if you signed in August they arenāt late until the 29th of October. They even remind notaries to be sure to read the agreement before accepting it. Thereās other information of use in the agreement also.
In addition, there is an āinvoiceā section under your profile that shows you the status of your payment. Invoices may not even be required.
Thatās a long time to receive payment especially if it is just a two digit number. I think 45 days should be the limit. Anything more that is questionable especially if there is not a justification for the delay.
Just to clarify NotaryGo paid me for the assignment after 8 days. I thought I was answering another topic in regards to payments in general. This payment was shortly after this post.
First - I donāt like their website. I think itās unnecessarily complicated. Maybe you have to click approve all to get paid? I donāt really know. Iāve only ever done one at a time for them. But I did get paid fast.
