NotaryGo.com Unresponsive

Hello - I recently completed a signing for notarygo.com

Currently all the emails I have listed for them are getting bounced back. See below:

The phone number 855-204-1204 that provides this email [email protected] does not have a live person answering just an automated machine that goes straight to voicemail.

1181 California Ave #175, Suite 401, San Corona, CA 92881 that’s the address I was able to locate. Anyone have any input as to where I can send my invoice it would be appreciated. I can’t believe I am going through another rabbit hole.

Thank you, I will edit their address and resend the invoice. Have you worked with them? If so how long before you received payment.

@Yanira04 Just wondering if by any chance were you able to locate the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this business entity?

This information is a TREASURE TROVE of information!

Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been generously contributed by your sagacious fellow business owners over the years . . .

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

I’ve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the Listing of Threads results show 50+ separate threads (including yours) about this particular business entity. There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe. :sparkles::tulip:

SPECIAL NOTE: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . :crown:

Here’s a tip:

I have collected just under 200 signing services in my portfolio. I do two things with that collection. First, I routinely weed out the ones that are slow/no payors (over 90 days) and I never accept any orders from them again, no matter how tasty. Second, if I haven’t received an order from any one of them in 6 months, I move them to a “reserve” file and forget about them. They’re either gone, very low volume, have no signings in my region or may be bad guys. I keep this precious file as clean as I can so I minimize the chances of getting stiffed. My system has worked for me as I have written off as uncollectible less that $200 in five years of being a notary with over 2200 signings (mostly loan stuff) under my belt.

My advice is to set up a system, any system, that helps you track signing service performance so you maximize your revenues and cut your losses. Chasing after unpaids is a HUGE time consumer.
