New signing service

Anyone heard of or been invited to a new signing service called “ZigSig” , the person starting the company is associated with ProLink…(who is a good company, by the way) Any feedback before I sign up?

Too new to tell. Website isn’t really all functional yet. But have to say it’s kinda nice that SnapDocs has some competition.
Let’s hope this one turns out to be fairer to the notary!

I think its a prolink spinoff , i think another lowball platform

I think you’re most likely right about lowball. In which case, just say No. They all can & will pay more, but only when they have no other option. If we’d all stick to our fees… yeah, and if wishes were horses, beggars would ride.

Never received any work from Pro link but would love to see some SnapDocs Competition.

Yes I have received their email’s. I’m surprised no one has mentioned another signing service vying for our business. I assume if I have received their email’s then everyone else has. It’s called Need A Notary. In my view both of these companies pass the smell test. The test is based on whether or not they require a paid subscription and they do not.

Anyone asking for cash up front gets classified as spam and I never see their messages again. In the case of these two companies, I have communicated with them often, partly because their websites need tweaking and I have encountered
some functionality that does not work. I think they are well intentioned and well conceived but only time will tell. Will they be serious competition for SD,? I hope so. Will they be low-ballers or no-slow payers? Again, we will see. This notary has signed up with both of them and will keep everyone updated as to my interactions with them, if any.

I had a closing for them last week and they never sent docs. I wouldn’t waste my time with them honestly.

Update on Zigsig. I just started getting texts from them. I guess it is because I am on the Prolink vendor list. I have not worked for Zig but I looked at their website and it says they will save their customers 40% on the signing fee. I guess they are not planning on making much.

I did a Refinance 2 weeks ago, pay was $155. Now just waiting to see if get paid or too good to be true. I am, however doing 2 seller packages today at $130. each. Might hold off on any others though.

I like that analogy. Very true, some low ballers stay on here to target new comers too.

Did you get paid from ZigSig?
