If you have an assignment at a title company do they print out the documents or do I? I want to be able to look them over prior to feel comfortable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also on a Cash Out and the signing company has no documents attached to your email how to you get them? It said that the signing had to be at a title company.
Usually, the title company does the printing. However, I have heard of exceptions. Your best bet is to ask them. They may have trouble or not like printing, so you could volunteer to do that, even at their office with their supplies. If the signing company has no docs, they may not yet be ready or forgot to attach them, respond to the email, and ask. Most signing companies use some platform to provide documents, so you might want to re-read the email to see if you missed any instructions on how or where to get the docs. I hope this helps!
