Non Signing Agent HELP

New to this forum.
I have been commissioned for over 2 years, I am on multiple signing platforms, spent all the money for equipment, 1,000,000 in EOS, but to this day I have not received one signing. If no one gives you the first signing how will we ever get established?

@bluejmobilenotary Hmmm . . . as a business owner, one must be CREATIVE!

Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . :crown:

Hello bluejmobilenotary,

Read your post and regret to hear that you are having problems getting business in your area. Your notary commission can be used for more than being an signing agent. There can be a number of factors that reduces your productivity in your area. Low volume of loan signing orders, compared to the number of signing agents in your area. You may need to sign up with more companies through prospecting and identifying potential suspects that need your services. Being willing to expand your lines of services. If you need a mentor, please feel free to reach out to me. I am willing to help you find a solution to getting your business becoming profitable, so you can get a return on the dollars that you invested. You can find some helpful information in this forum. But nothing ever happens until you are able to identify, the “why” your business isn’t working. You need a plan of action to execute. Also, consider going to your local Small Business Administration and S.C.O.R.E for guidance too. Good luck and success on your journey.

@cfletcher thank you for responding, I will take you up on the mentoring because I cannot figure out what is happening. I have a website, fb, instagram, and google business (I received 2 calls to notarize for) nothing since. I am on many platforms also, Snapchat and more. I also hit the pavement most of the contacts I made all said the same, they get their Notaries from sites. So anything you can recommend will truly help.

@bluejmobilenotary You’re very Welcome! :tada:

Best wishes & be certain to research your potential clients PRIOR to providing your professional services to them. You can Search in the Notary Cafe database on the Keywords:

WARNING
AVOID
CAUTION

This will arm you with the knowledge of those business entities that have already proven they’re definitively NOT trustworthy.

Hello,

I am in the same boat. I have also spent a lot of money of equipment and waiting for an opportunity to use it. I get notifications but it is always at the wrong time. I work during doing the day. also I received one for this Saturday to do a E-signing. I got nervous and didn’t click fast enough because I have never did one before. Have you did any updates or changes to update your bio or credentials?

@TIME2SIGNSTACYNOTARY Hi yes have update my sites with discounts and so forth, I am not working and have made that known that I free. I just feel maybe they are looking at experience.

@bluejmobilenotary you don’t say what state you’re in - it’s helpful to let us know so the most accurate and relevant answer can be provided to your questions.

I agree with you, how you get experience without getting the chance to get experience?

Well don’t give up it had to be a turning point for you.
