Hi All,
I have 4 outstanding jobs that I did for Cohesion back in July that they will not acknowledge or pay me. I’ve contacted them multiple times and reached out to title, but title says I need to contact Cohesion and won’t help me.
Any advice?

I keep all evidence for signing as well shipping receipts I also mark on business calendar who the company is and turn time to be paid. I will call the signing company direct. You may want to scan that receipt to put with docs for client.
Start by sending them an email to collect. List all the order details for each order attaching invoices and screenshots of the orders if you have them for each. You can also search this site for collection letters as I have seen them here before. You can also contact the Secretary of State where the service is licensed. I had a Title company that canceled an order after print. Their policy was that I would receive 50% of the $250 fee if the order was canceled at no fault of mine. Of course, I never received the money and after about 4 weeks of emails trying to collect and outside one internal reply was ignored. I turned it over to the Sec of State in their state. A few weeks later I get a call from the Title company and a letter from the Sec of State. The lawyer from the title company apologized and issued me a check for $125, that I received a few days later. Point is they don’t like the Sec of State inquiring about a complaint so they will usually settle with you fairly quickly.
That’s a long time. I’d keep asking about it.
I have payments outstanding from 2025. I threatened all manners of collections. I finally sent a letter to the State AG asking them to note them for bad business practices. Still never got my money - but did what I could to prevent it from happening again. Wrote off $250. (Cloud Signings FYI)
