Cohesion Signings

I did a closing for Cohesion signings back in January and have not been paid. The closing was done through Snapdocs. I have called and emailed, no response. Is anyone else having issues getting payment form them?

@ddianyd Yes, there are many who are experiencing Non-Payment (or very SLOW) from that particular business entity. It’s usually quite productive to reach out directly to the Title/Escrow Company [T/'EC] for this Signing Order [SO] to advise them of the Non-Payment status.

There are some companies that only pay after you “remind” them that they still owe you money. One such company is Accredited Notary Services. I did a job for them the last week of December and had not been paid. Finally, this past week, I got around to sending them an email, threatening “further action” if I did not receive payment within 7 days. That evening, I received an e-check from them. I have had similar experiences to that one with Cohesion Signings. I eventually got paid, but it was not without hassle. I only take jobs from known slow-pay companies like that when I am encountering slow times. I know going in that it’s likely to be a problem, but I’ll get paid eventually if I keep after them.

I did a job for them in March 2026 and have not been paid. They won’t answer my emails or phone calls. Snapdocs should delete them from their platform if they don’t pay their notaries. Did Snapdocs get their payment from the company I wonder? It’s just wrong for them not to pay us completely wrong!!

They actually paid me after I posted this. There was no response to anything. Just a check. It is still unacceptable that we have to chase them for so long for payment.
