I am not able to import assignments/closings to Notary Gadget all day today. Anyone else having issues? i cannot reach their customer service either. i am snowballing here…yikes dont know how to fix this. its EXOS and other agencies. what do I do?

He’s very responsive.
If it’s a Signing Service that Notary Gadget doesn’t recognize, you may need to just enter it manually. I haven’t heard of EXOS and it is not listed on the Notary Gadget’s list of supported platforms.
Something is wrong with it as I am having issues and another notary I know said the same thing. Hope its fixed soon but in the meantime, I’m just going to manually upload my jobs for the week.
