NotaryAssist and a closing that fell through

I just started using NotaryAssist this week. Already got good use with it, since it helped me with my taxes for last year. (I just started last October, and I entered my signings from then to now)

That being said, just wanted someones opinion on how to handle a minor situation related to this tool. I had two (out of 3!) signings fall through today due to issues with the title company having documents ready. Is there a way to mark them cancelled or postponed in notaryassist, or is it just best to just Delete them? (I do see the option to delete, but not cancel)

Been a while since I used NotaryAssist. I remember it had a delete function. Reach out to their support to be sure. I’d rather keep track of cancellations and why, that info could come in handy later on.
