I’m Fairly new to the Noatary business and am looking for nore training on Loan signing and other signings like Estate planning POA…
Has anyone had expricence with Notary Signing Agent Blueprint?
I am a visual and hand on learnerand am looking for training that I can get to help me with all types of signings. I want to widen my options services.
You didn’t mention what state you are in, so I’ll just say make sure you follow your state’s notary laws. Any training you choose to take, keep that in mind. If notaries in your state are permitted to handle estate planning, then that is up to you. I am a notary public in Washington. I am not an estate planner and I do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents, however I do notarize power of attorney documents as a notary public. No special training other than basic notary public training is required to understand how to notarize a power of attorney document.
I am skeptical of any person or company who over-promises or hints at “SIX FIGURE” anything. That is power of marketing doing the heavy lifting there. Selling you by telling you what you want to hear. For what it’s worth, I see the business address for that company is 901 34th Ave N #7716, St. Petersburg, FL 33734 – which is a U.S. post office.
Golt an offer for a Yakima appt at $70. My starting point is $90.
Then I get an email that says we got your counter offer but you should be aware we give preference to notaries who have submitted proof of x x or x training.
For $70? A $199 training course?
No. They can stick with whoever in Yakima thinks $70 is a great fee. AFTER paying for a “training course”. Not this kid.
