NotaryPay 1099 - Suspension of SigningOrder Account

I received this email recently. Has anyone else received this email? What did you do? I am not sure what they are referring to and their instructions are not clear.

Dear Notary,

We have emailed and mailed you a 1099 for work performed in 2024.

We received a notice that you have tried to access your 1099 but FAILED to enter the information that we have on file.

You will need to log into your SigningOrder account and look up the information that you provided on our site and that will be the information needed to access your 1099. If you are using your Social Security Number then you will have to use the last 4 of your SSN, if you provided your EIN for your business or entity, then you will need to use the last 4 of your EIN.

Please contact our department if you have any issue, failure to resolve this issue will force us to block all accounts that you may have within our system.

Seems pretty clear. You aren’t accessing your 1099 with the same info you provided which was either SSN or EIN. If they suspended it, it’s because they thought using the wrong number was an identity theft effort.
