Hi, does anyone have information about a contracting company named Signing Trac?
I have done several closings for them and they’re just ok. Their fees are on the lower end and it takes 30-45 days to pay. I will say that they do typically have assignments that’s further out than most notaries are willing to travel and b/c of that, I’ve used it to my advantage to raise my fees with them.
Usually they’ll decline but keep sending the notifications out until they realize that most notaries aren’t willing to drive 50+ miles for $75…at that point, I’ll get another notification for maybe $95 and I let them know that my fees are firm and if they want me to go that kind of distance, I MUST be compensated properly. In the last month, I’ve done about 7-9 closings for them.
