Overly Excited Newbie - Ready to Work

Hello,
Would it be possible to get the list of platforms you are on please? I’ve been certified since the first of September and waiting to get my first loan signing. I would greatly appreciate it.

I’ve signed up with over 25 signing agencies…I’m learning that the major players involved encompass many of the smaller ones. I got Snapdocs verified and on NotaryGo. They text me the most.

Yes, I’m on Snapdocs and Notary Rotary, just waiting on a text.
Thank you so much

Utilize that time to market directly to the title companies.

Yes, great advice!!!

Notary2pro is a training site that really gives value… a valuable online learning site that has demonstrated value to those who “hire” signing agents. In addition, Barbara has assembled a team that offers mentoring ship support and encouragement to beginning Notary Signing Agents! Notary2Pro has an area for grads that gives key contacts, ratings of signing agencies, etc.

The second certification or training that provides the aspiring Notary Signing Agent with value is the online coursework through the National Association of Notaries.

I was drawn to become a Notary Signing Agent by Mark Will’s Loan Signing System, and completed his system, first. But, I don’t list it first as I don’t think his system os of much value… particularly in FARGO, ND.

HI,

I am in the same boat as you. What companies have you signed up with? I have tried to sign up for some but I never get messages back or their website isn’t working. Thanks for any help!

Do you call title companies in your area?

Did you contact the title company or did they find you?

I contacted them… Wish some one from a Title would contact me…Prayer

Hello there,
I’m also a newbie, would you mind sharing your list of agencies? I’m in the same boat with trying to get signings. Stick with it! Thank you.

Sign up with signature Closers. Paid like clockwork every month on the 5th or next business day for the previous month. They have their own app which works great!!!

Hi,

I’m new too. I don’t have a list to give you but I signed up for a couple of platforms so far. Signature Closers is the one I use all the time. I’ve done around 30 signings so far. They pay once a month… I got paid with no issue. They email me offers all day every day. I choose the ones I want. Most start at $90. I often counteroffer higher amount depending on how I’m feeling, how far it is. I get so many offers from Signature Closers that I haven’t tried many other signing agencies yet. Snapdocs never sends me anything and I’ve never tried to figure out why.

You totally should take the LSS… it’s a good training to take! I feel its prepared me for face to face signing appointments (and what to do before & afterwards) so that you’ll be prepared and project a professional delivery. They even have a payment plan. I purchased the Business training (middle option). After that be sure to get SnapDocs verified.

I am already snapdoc verified. And I have a couple of signings this week. I just want to be overly prepared because I don’t want to make simple mistakes.
But I will definitely do the LSS course.

Thanks

shoot. I should of forwarded the last two from Coast to Coast to you. First we agreed on a price then all of a sudden scan backs appeared. I told the 15 per Ca Sig notarized and 2.50 page of fax/scan back. the said yes. Of course I had to ask again. Well I got removed and then to find out another name came into the mix -that I was removed from. Don’t have a clue where that came from. I have talked to Lisa before and I find her to be upfront and truthful. Now…her workers? I think I need to reserve judgment on that. The were sneaky and didn’t want to tell the truth or to put it another way? Omitted? I call those lies…
