For state of Indiana mortgages does Indiana typically require witnesses??

Indiana used to but they no longer require witness. If they needed a witness they would usually put it in the instructions/confirmation. Hope this helps

Hi All, I’m a full time notary in Sacramento, CA and plan on moving to the Indianapolis area soon. I work with a lot of signing companies, but do most of my business right now with BancServ and Title365. Are you staying busy? How many closings are you performing each month on average?
@bpalmernotary2019 not from IN but FYI … in Indiana you’ll need a TPL to do loan signings. Just thought I’d throw that out there, although I’m sure you’ve researched that and found that info.
