Curious to know what others go to companies are for quick pays. I thought I read a post talking about a couple of companies that pay around 7-10 days but I can’t locate the post now.
@notarybethanyreynolds Excellent question!
Just wondering if by any chance were you able to locate the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this topic?
This information is a GOLDMINE!
Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been generously contributed by your sagacious fellow business owners over the years . . .
To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.
I’ve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the results were nominal on keywords from your post.
There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe. So, you may want to try other keywords.
This is the only company identified specifically as paying within 7-10 days: Doc Signers LLC - #2 by 1stcalltexas
NOTE: This is a post from several years ago, so it may not be currently valid.
======
SPECIAL NOTE: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .
Jot is the fastest I work with. Signature Closers is very fast. Most of the work I take is paid within 30 days. 7-10 days isn’t a standard from my experience.
I agree, I love Jot!
@ssknotaryservices Of note, the Fee that’s accepted with Jot from Endpoint for First American Title will need to encompass all standard Professional Services including scan/faxbacks.
Why? (one might ask)
.
If the text blast arrives & states:
“No scans required”
.
Know that the Escrow Officer can demand that scans increase the scope of the project without adding a Fee for that service.
.
===>>> If you ask for a Scan Fee to be added to your Fee for the addition of the Professional Service, Jot will immediately CANCEL the Signing Order [SO] without any discussion/negotiation.
