I was wondering if anyone could speak on the process of signing up with a new company when they utilize a third party notary service (SnapDocs, Notary Rotary, Notary Cafe, etc.). When I attempt to sign up as a notary for some companies, I am often forwarded to one of the aforementioned notary sites of which I already have an account. Does the process end there? Am I already in their database (so to speak) as an available notary once I have an account with the notary service that they utilize? Or are there additional steps to take within the notary service site to get registered with that specific company? Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!

You are in the database of the signing platform. You just wait for the offer and be quick to accept it.

It’s like uber and doordash. You wait and jump on signing instantly and if you miss by a few milliseconds then it goes to someone else.

Short answer - yes - for SnapDocs & Notary Cafe. If companies need more info they will let you know.
Notary Rotary is not a signing platform - all you do is maintain a profile there - some companies do use their database to find notaries but NotRot is just a notary site offering a place for your profile, various services, supplies, etc plus the forum for notaries to exchange information and ideas. The best part of that site is Signing Central.
