RSB Loan Type

I have seen this a couple of times now. The loan type on a blast offer is listed as RSB. Anybody know what that type of signing that is? I know what a REO is, but have never seen an RSB. I asked the service, but they never responded.

Just a guess: refi small business loan

Or, it could be the initials of a bank … dunno

If you accepted it, please let us know. Now I’m curious.

I didn’t accept it, they were offering $35. Without knowing what type it was or what it was I couldn’t even do a counter offer. Of, course when they start that low we probably aren’t going to get to an agreement on fee anyway.

You’re probably right insofar as them upping the fee. Just curious … which company was it?

Go Green Notaries today, not sure who the first company was.

Residential small business loan.

Thanks for the info. Quick research shows those can be 100-150 pages. If that is true, that makes the $35 fee offered even more ridiculous. Have you done any of these and if so what is the page count typically like?

No almost all I do are refis

An RSB isn’t much different than a refi.

That’s what I am seeing. My fees will reflect that for any future offers.

I would have deleted it once I saw the $35 there’s no reason to try to get him up to the fee that you want. Who’s ever taken this cheap signing they must be very desperate for work. Keep doing it you’ll only be in business so long. As far as your original question just let’s assume it’s a refund. It looks like it’s a business or personal loan. Probably not personal loan I’ve never done one in the last 25 years.

I deleted it without a counter. Any fee that starts that low will never get to an acceptable fee for me.
