Sign with trust: be cautious!

I would not recommend doing signings with this company. I did a signing on 2/12/25 and I have sent the company, emails, texts and called. I was hung up on once and my email and texts have been ignored. I do not understand why I am being ignored. Definitely on my “DO NOT WORK WITH” company list. I normally check reviews on companies I have not worked with before. This company did not have good reviews at all!! Lesson learned. COMPANY NAME: SIGN WITH TRUST LLC

I had that happen to me. Here are the steps I was told to take and it worked. You need to contact the title company who used the signing service that contracted with you. If they refuse to help, let them know you holding them responsible. If they refuse to get the service to pay or to pay you, send 3 emails with a copy of the invoices attached marked PAST DUE, spaced about a week or two apart requesting payment with the warning that unless payment is made, you will be taking further action…

Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been generously contributed by your sagacious fellow business owners over the years . . .

I’ve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the results show ** 2 separate** threads (in addition to yours) about this particular business entity. There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe.

Sign With Trust Company? Warning…do not do signings with them. I did one and at the beginning sweet as pie. Now over a month later…haven’t been paid, been ignored, hung up on, and treated extremely unprofessionally. BEWARE NOTARIES…don’t take a job from SIGNWITHTRUST……

How do I get Paid?

Hello, I did my first notary job last night, it was a simple acknowledgment, which I think was a great way to start. The job was assigned through Sign with Trust. I went onto their site, and it has a “notary application” which I filled out, but there is no portal and they have not sent me any link to a portal. Has anyone worked with them before? If so, do you have any information on how you received payment?

On the one hand, if you don’t accept orders fairly quickly - you don’t get orders. So - you have to do the best you can when you first start out.

@madelyncmiles You’re Welcome You may already be cognizant that one must be tenacious with some of these business entities to achieve remuneration for the professional services successfully provided.

Continue to pursue them for your payment.
