Sign With Trust Company?
Warning…do not do signings with them. I did one and at the beginning sweet as pie. Now over a month later…haven’t been paid, been ignored, hung up on, and treated extremely unprofessionally. BEWARE NOTARIES…don’t take a job from SIGNWITHTRUST……
What was the scope of your assignment? What was the agreed-to fee? When you accepted the assignment, did they mention what their pay schedule is – net 30, net 60, etc.? Have you contacted their CEO, Angel Davids, about payment?
I’ve never worked with Sign with Trust and this is the first I’ve heard of them. However, I did just look up their website and, to learn more about them, tried signing up with them. I was unable to get past a certain point (what type of bank account I have). No, I did not disclose my bank name nor the account number - just that it’s a business account. To OP, did you have to go through their registration process?

I did see that. However, I was unable to even complete the application.
Hi. I didn’t see a bank account question, but some of the questions required you to just figure out a creative way past them.
They say they are a NET 30, and pay through ACH/Direct Deposit. I had to look up what net 30 was. After I updated the only number I had with a text that I completed the assignment, I got a call several hours later asking if I completed the assignment. The woman then said “okay, then we can bill the client and get paid”.
Your Signers decided they wanted to send a check that we have never gotten so we had to send a payment link electronically. Still nothing. We are trying to close the dispute first before paying out of pocket. We’ve chatted with you recently and ended the conversation last time fast because i was at a conference although afterwards our team did reach out again. Please do not give a signing service a bad name if you have yet to find out all of the details. Your dispute closes by sunday.
You can sign up with our company by heading over to signwithtrust.com and clicking notary application. We do not ask for bank information. When payment is sent VIA email you will be able to insert it confidentially with the ACH system we use.
You will receive portal access once you’ve completed your first signing successfully.

Unfortunately I have had the same difficulty. Did general notary work for them on September 23rd and have received no payment or returned communication.
Completed a signing in August for Sign with Trust and have called and have spoken with Angel twice and still have not received payment

Turns out there was a second signing for the same price that was yet to be paid that we knew nothing of and had to do our research.

I have reached out and talked to you personally three times and each time you told me I would be paid shortly with the last time you specifically saying the check was on your desk and you were depositing it that week and I would be paid shortly. It has been four weeks since we spoke and still not paid and I completed the notary in August
I have tried that number today several times and no one answers and it disconnects you once it says to leave a message. However, I have talked to you personally three times and each time you have promised I would be paid shortly but I have yet to receive payment and I completed a job for you in August 10!!!
