Probably that they’re being deliberately vague. If buyer requires a loan…big package.
So vague, hard to say - could be they’re only sending the docs that need notarizing?
I’d reply to those instructions with “My apologies, but I have never seen language like this used in assignments, Please advise what, specifically, you need done and how many pages. Thank you in advance.”
When in doubt, and with something this vague, your best bet is to question the hiring party for clarification so you can quote an adequate fee.
