I am signed with Title365 and MC for over a month now. I have not had any signings with either company as of yet. Please advise.

The mortgage industry is down due to higher interest rates. Many state have a very saturated Notary market. You’ve recently hopped on board at a low point in this business.

Unfortunately you got into the business 2.5 years too late
With interest rates as high as they are.
Re finance packages are pretty much dead in the water
Sales both buyer and seller signings are slim to none
I hope you have another source of income ,and wasnt fooled into $100k earnings by some u tube pitch.
In my area there must be 150 notaries…looking for work ( loan signings) every region is different
Title 365 sent me 2 signing offers last month .
My direct clients are down to 15 a month +/-
But the signings companies are very slow in comparison.
