I had signing that was low pay $125 for a RM and than I asked for a raise to my fee, they added on it $10 and than there was a missed signature didn’t need of a notarization just a signature from the borrower, so I went drove 19 min to get that one signature and than I scanned the Doc back to the company later they send me a label to send the Doc and they said that they are going to deduct $20 from my fee for the label how should I respond to that, should I just accept or disagree with them on the fee deduction?, I am not sure how to exactly to respond to that.
I would take this as a hit for now, and make sure that the next time I deal with them I go over everything before hand. I had one yesterday and made it a point to ask them how they want the packet back scanned or fedex and if they were going to provide the shipping for it.
