I have always gotten text alert(sound) on my Iphone from Snap Docs.
This past week or so, I get the text but no sound alert.
Has Snap Docs done something different?
I haven’t changed anything on my phone or could it be possible from Apple update.
Missing business when I don’t have an alert that a new text has come in.
Text from other senders alerts just fine.

Same here. I haven’t gotten an audio alert in …maybe 2 mos. I just thought it was some phone setting that I couldn’t figure out.
interesting. i still get text alerts i think LOL. on my android.

I contacted support they were no help.
I am with you guys. I have to check my phone frequently or I can easily miss a text from Snapdocs. No other text is like that for me. I have an Iphone 11 something.
I got it figured out. stopped by my service provider. When you go to messages if there is a crescent moon shape in left corner, that is the “do not disturb” symbol. Swipe the message as if you are going to delete it and make sure you press the blue button to turn off “do not disturb” the moon shape will turn off and you should be able to get alerts. I must have accidently hit when deleting a message. This is for iPhone, maybe Android works the same.

I’m having the same issue. I changed my ringtone so that I can know that I’m getting a snapdocs text. First it went back to a basic tone, now nothing.
I actually answered a signing for snap docs. The only thing is I am not certain if it was assigned to me.
I typically get an email saying something, but I just received something saying you replied
You should get a text or email that you got the job
I’m on android and don’t have any problem. I just have to remember to turn my sound back up after a signing
