I’m not a total beginner – I’ve been doing loan signings for about 6 months now, but have never received an assignment from Snapdocs. I even paid for something like 40 extra zip codes. I’m just wondering if I should be continuing to pay them for something I’m not getting.
Of course, I emailed them but get no response. What’s this company like?

Think you’ve got your platforms mixed up. Notary pays 0 on SnapDocs. Same is true of Signing Order, who used to offer to include you in more zip codes…for a fee, but they recently discontinued that.
Well then, I’m definitely getting scammed because Signing Order charges me $6/month.
And I guess I’m wrong about Snapdocs, now that I think of it because I haven’t seen any charges from them.
I read somewhere that they will be refunding the fee to those who paid for more zips.
I get offers all the time with snapdocs, it’s free.
I pay the 2.99 for extra zip codes on signingorder as well…
