I live in CA been doing this for 5 years always wondered if we can use a stamp like date stamp and acknowledgement or jurat stamps in our journals or is the requirement is everything is hand written. my writing is horrible to read so thought this might make it easier to read if ever needed to be viewed/read. it might also save time as in CA every notary act requires a line in journal meaning 12-15 times I write out the date and time and ack/jurat on each line. I thought it might be faster to use a date stamp at least for the journal.
Yes you can use a date, jurat, and acknowledgement.
