I received a call from them today and it seems the same signing that was with sealing time mobile notaries called me previously on assisting. It’s strange and I ran background checks on this Sure Settlement, LLC to only find nothing written.
Other than, a couple of negative ratings without any comments to them on Redfin.com. However, I did find on another website a duplicate complaint about the company’s unethical business practices at this link Sure Settlement Reviews, Complaints, Customer Service
So, I will not be calling them back to do business. If they do dirt to their client, I can only imagine how they are with notaries on payment.
Hi Cheryl, Sure Settlement LLC is a title and settlement company and the website is https://suretitlellc.com. You could give them a call if you want. As far as proof they legally exist, it appears they do. I wouldn’t let a couple of bad reviews determine whether I accept a loan signing for them, but that is just me. You decide what is best for you.
