Has anyone worked with Settlement Solvers?
Yes, I have completed a couple signings for Settlement Solvers. Although both were the kind that take a lot of extra time, knowledge and patience Settlement Solvers was there at first call if needed, very thorough until completed and confirmed. They have their ducks in row and are running a very strong agency. They paid quicker than 90% of the agencies out there and I can see them going to the top of best companies to work with as mobile closing agent. But, heads up because they are pretty strict on rules and serious about professional treatment for their clients customers.

I’ve completed a couple of assignments for them as well. The paid rather quickly. No issues.

A couple of weeks, never more than 30 days! Theyre on top of the game for sure.
What type of signing did you do for them? I received a text message through Snapdocs for a signing at a much lower fee then what I charge for first mortgage refi signings.
I haven’t signed with Settlement Solvers yet. I investigate the company first and I never take on new clients at month end. This is how I protect myself against dead beat companies.

I am in Florida do they cover Florida as well and if so, do we h ave to pay a membership fee. Im new in this state.
I am not sure if they cover Florida but there is no fee.
FYI-BEWARE!! Settlement Solvers check bounced!!! I completed a signing in February for Settlement Solvers and Shaun the vice president was very helpful and available for my signing and I received a check within the 40 day period. The problem was that the check bounced. So not only have I NOT been paid but I also had to cover the bank fee for the bounced check I deposited to my account. I have been in correspondence with Shaun since April 13 and he has promised to have everything resolved soon but soon never came. And now I have not heard from him in over a week. I am still out the signing fee as well as the bank fees. I only have his email and his phone number. My bad that I did not get a postal address for him. Does anybody know his postal address? I am trying to submit a complaint with the BBB but I need his postal address.
Hello, I completed a signing also back in May 17th and no payment so far. I called and left several messages but he never returned my phone calls. What is his email address and do you have a different number? I have 302-930-0007.

I took a signing from them but it was not at the end of the month, it was on the 15th of May and still no payment yet and the worse part is that the owner hasn’t return my calls. I feel that this will be one of those companies I have done signings for and never got paid.

Unfortunately I still have had no reply from Shaun -Settlement. His email address is Shaun@settlementsolvers.com as well as Billing@settlementsolvers.com and Orders@Settlementsolvers.com which I believe all go to him as well. The phone number you have is the only number I have for this company. Hopefully you have had better luck than I have as I have not been able to reach him since April.
FASS pay every week, I only do work for title companies that pay weekly, 15th and 30th.
And I’m busy!! After being a broker for over 25 yr I can’t understand getting paid 30 days later when after signing 3 days everyone is paid, why are they holding your money for 30, 45, or 60 days. That’s enough time to go out of business and set up a new business with your money.

Did you ever get paid for the order you completed? I did , I ended up calling the lender and they made sure I got paid so, this is an option for you in case you are still waiting on payment.
